About National Mental Health Awareness Week in Canada

DESCRIPTION:
During CMHA Mental Health Week, Canadians take the time to reflect on their mental health.
Canadians are speaking up on the for need psychotherapy, counseling and community-based mental health services and programs in addition to acknowledging the issues that go along with mental illness and the need for respect and housing for those suffering, regardless of income.
National Mental Health Week in Canada has been a weekly occurrence since 1951.
